SPANISH LAKE MEDICAL NEGLECT

Nine months and counting Spanish Lake continues to commit Medical Neglect to 16-year-old Keenan Robinson.

In February of 2011 while in St Charles, MO Detention Center Keenan’s father and detention staff were highly concerned of the swelling in his right hand which led to Keenan’s immediate visit to Urgent Care for x-ray’s. The x-ray results showed that he has a fractured hand.

His injury did not occur while in MO Division of Youth Services.

Urgent care recommended an immediate consultation with an orthopedic specialist. This never occurred because Keenan then entered a program at Spanish Lake where a nurse, general doctor, facility manager in charge Chad Davenport have all been avoiding this serious matter, depriving him from corrective surgery. Chad Davenport stated to Keenan’s father several months ago that no judge will allow Keenan to receive surgery.

Keenan’s father called the facility and nurse a few times a week about the fracture where Spanish Lake continuously and purposely avoids the situation. The nurse told Keenan’s father their general doctor examined him and stated his hand has healed just fine. Keenan’s father questioned her about what kind of doctor is he and if he was an orthopedic specialist. Her answer was no!

Finally on April 11, 2011 Keenan was finally brought to SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center and examined by Mary E Rashid MD, whom recommended that the patient be cleared for return to activities with the understanding that he would benefit from surgical correction of the malunion.

On May 16, 2011 Keenan’s father had scheduled a consultation with Doctor Rashid for surgery and did attend. Keenan was absent. Keenan’s father informed Spanish Lake of the appointment two weeks and weekly in advance. Spanish Lake ignored and rejected the pre-surgery consultation.

For more than seven months Spanish Lake deprives Keenan of surgical correction to his right hand. His right index knuckle disfigured, gimpy, and is offset about an inch. His right index finger hangs from his offset knuckle and shakes like putty and his finger is now shorter. The youth is right-handed and does not have full range of motion and strength. The joint lacks 10-15 degrees of extension and is unable to make a fist. He claims it is still tender and painful.

The fracture now needs reset, re-broken to correct, which seems barbaric to any parent and patient, due to deliberate medical neglect by MO Division of Youth Services at Spanish Lake.

Medical Neglect : The denial or deprivation, by those responsible for the care, custody, and control of the child, of medical or surgical treatment or intervention which is necessary to remedy or ameliorate a medical condition which is life threatening or causes injury. Medical Neglect includes not only serious, but mild and moderate medical neglect as well.

Falling In Love

It was an ordinary day. I went to school, then to work, and finally made the walk home. And to my surprise, I fell in love before I reached my destination. It was a rather dismal day, the kind I have always been partial to. I grew up on the blistering hot desert crust, south of the wondrous Grand Canyons and north of the Mexican border in Arizona, where the heavens erratically fall.

Suddenly, I was startled by a baby meow; actually it was more like a blood-curdling screech. I could not see a kitten anywhere, which was frightening because I was standing on the sidewalk next to a congested intersection. Then I spoke feline language, and it replied. I followed the sound to a dull red sedan with a mismatched black hood. The car sat on a used cat lot at 9th and Cook near downtown Springfield, and the car lot was still open.

Quickly I walked back to the garage area, and to the first man I saw, I asked “Do you work here?” He spoke zero English. I explained my situation to him anyway. Shortly after, another man approached. He was foreign as well, but we could communicate nonetheless. I explained my predicament once again. As we were walking to the car he said to me, “I don`t know what we`ll do with it.” “Just open the hood and I will take the cat with me,” I replied.

That unyielding hood was finally open. There was the tiniest and cutest kitten ever! He was maybe five or six weeks old. His grayish – blue eyes were so wide and innocent, and his orange fur looked especially soft. I fell in love at first sight! If you had seen this miniature, you would have loved him, too. My friend, who is not a cat lover, even agreed with me.

As I reached for the kitten, he tried to run down into the engine; he did not get far. I caught him and, when I did, he bit me really good, sinking his teeth into my skin about five times! However, this beautiful, undersized kitty was not getting away from my loving embrace. Yes, he was ferocious, but he was petrified; I was love-bitten.

Everything about this midget was magnificent. Instead of routine, my after work walk proved to be purposeful. I saved an abandoned baby and fell in love. What a gorgeous surprise. Sadly, I could not care for that baby I loved. What was I to do? Somehow I had to protect the helpless creature. I fortunately, a friend suggested the Animal Protective League of Springfield and how it would be helpful. My hopes were high.

Upon entering those miracle doors, the heavens sang! I saw large, healthy cats roaming and they seemed content. Everything felt right. The staff seemed to love that darling cat as much as I did. During examination, APL people embraced, talked to, and calmed the frightened feline. The kitten I fell in love with on that unordinary day remained in the care of APL as I walked out of those doors, never to see that baby again. However, I was confident the orange fur ball was safe, protected, and would soon be part of a family. I am forever grateful to APL for taking him.

Amy, you know that you were my only girl. You were so cute, funny and full of joy while you were growing up. Remember the days when all the girls had their hair like a fan, Well you had yours up so high I would put my hand up on your head and take my hand off and your fan would bounce right back. I can remember when you would never wanted to where pants, you would always like to wear dresses. It would be your taste or you would not wear it. You were Daddy’s little girl.
Keenan, when your mother, Amy was carrying you she was so so happy. When she found out that it was a boy she was overly thrilled.
I think that when she lost her dad at an early age she became very attached to you. I know deep in her heart she loved us.
All I can say Amy, I love you so much and miss you! When my day comes I will see and be with you again. Happy Birthday Amy!

After serving 9 months in a Missouri DYS program for 100.00 damage including labor, Keenan is free and at home! He is out on after care, which is really parole! Missouri uses terms such as after care to avoid criminalizing their youths, but still convicted a felon? I told Union, Missouri from the get go Florida never wanted him back! Florida, Santa Rosa County sure played and put one over on Union, Missouri in Franklin County. Amy was pure in heart. Her soul was innocent as of a child’s. When Amy smiled, her blue eyes smiled. Most of all she loved all baby’s, children, and animals. Amy and her family mostly grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Amy loved the desert and intense storms. Amy’s favorite band was Led Zeppelin. She was a daddy’s girl and loved him dearly. Her daddy, David Alan Brown was robbed and murdered by two gunman, two guns, two bullets, two days before her 11th birthday. Amy never quite got over it. Shortly afterwords Amy’s mother, Leslie Ann Brown had a heart attack. Amy was placed in foster care by DCFS in a ministers home with her younger brother Adam. Both of them were sexually molested by the baby sitter, the ministers 15 year old son! Amy and Adam were both awarded an eighty thousand structured settlement a piece. Later in life Amy had a beautiful son name Keenan. She loved him so much! In her 20′s and still have not healed from this pain. Her life has been one addiction after another and for once in her life she was going to face her past so she could move on.

We admitted Amy into a hospital late December, 2001. Florida’s CPS Lisa Howey Rigby, a devil’s advocate, court ordered me to satins court by twisting the truth and Amy was robbed from her only beloved son. She was very loving and such a great mom to her baby son. They tried their best to erase Keenan’s mom Amy from his memory, against their own psychologist’s advise. It never worked and Keenan never quit crying out for his mom. Keenan saw his mom in court in shackles in the spring of 2002. He has never been the same since that day. She needed medical attention, not shackles! Keenan’s mom always tried to contact us. I feared they would take our 6 year old away and place him in their evil system. Our human rights were violated and court ordered against all hope for Amy to heal and get well. Amy was banned from all love and family support and thrown away like trash to die. The court = judge Marci Goodman banned her from loving family, drove her to homeless, forced into prostitution just to survive , fell deep into depression, etc.. She slit her own throat! She once sang to me along with a song she felt contagious. She was far from that I told her with a hug. She always had both of us but was court ordered by Judge Marci L Goodman not allowing even phone calls with her.

She realize there are sick people out there and she couldn’t keep punishing herself for something she is not responsible for. Amy was so brave that in 2007 she took a weekly injection in her stomach to try and get well, all alone. She began loosing her hair. Her red blood cell count became very low. Amy didn’t qualify financially to receive the treatment to bring her white blood cell count back up. I call this malpractice! She couldn’t take it any longer. It tore her body apart. The doctor discontinued her treatments. Through out the years Keenan was treated in a barbaric fashion for crying out for his mom. Prosecutor Catina Wilson maliciously prosecuted him for years since a tender age of 8 years old. If he was so competent to be trained and tried like a criminal, then he was competent and bright enough to visit his mom, to hold her, to have many memories and all hope for her to get well! So much time was lost between all of us. There were a few short reunions.

October, 31st, 2008, in Judge Marci L Goodman’s chambers, she stated to Keenan, now 13 years old, while he was in an orange jumpsuit and fully shackled, “what do you want me to do about your mom”?, Keenan replied, “I want to be able to talk to her anytime”. Keenan was escorted out of chambers by a deputy, Goodman having a pathological hatred for Keenan and Amy placed a no contact order on her once again. Keenan and his mom had a lot of things to work out together. The court made him believe she abandoned him for all those years. Amy eventually found out about the October, 31st, 2008 no contact order against her and her only child. Most likely it drove her into deep depression. She tried calling several times around and before Christmas. I believe she did talk with Keenan a few times. I’m not sure because he will not talk about it to anyone.

The last memory Keenan and I have of Amy is August, 28th, 2008, Amy crying at the Greyhound bus station as we drove away. She didn’t want to leave but Amy had to get all her belongings out of her apartment. I almost drove back but I didn’t, and will regret that night for life! On Christmas Morning 2008 Amy passed away by a lethal overdose of heroin and cocaine which caused a counter reaction to her weak heart. I had judge Goodman on the phone that afternoon as soon as I was told the tragic heart breaking shocking news. I did not know the cause of death til 5 months later. It took Delaware investigators 5 months to determine the cause of death. The news was relayed to me by Amy’s mother. There were no needle tracks. Either Amy gave up on life not being able to be with Keenan for another Christmas, or she was murdered by the sick twisted freak weirdo Andrew Gardner that followed her across the country, everywhere, always giving and sending her money, possibly speed balled her so this sick dog could take advantage and be in total control. An enabler getting away with a very serious crime!

This was her way of survival she had learn thanks to Santa Rosa County, Florida, CPS, satins court. In 2008, Amy was with me for nearly 4 months, healthy, very fine and full of life. Amy told me and others she believes she was drugged by him a couple of times after drinking coffee. I’m assuming investigators wrote this case off because of her pass? I did inform investigators he gave three different stories to four different people where and how he found her. Red flags Delaware detectives!!!!!!!!!! Does this young mother need to be on super celebrity status, rich and famous as Michael Jackson or Anna Nichole Smith to deserve justice and make an arrest Delaware???

November 30th, 2008, Keenan faces judge Goodman, she tells Keenan she is sorry for his mom. Right after Catina Wilson recommends he be placed in a high risk juvenile prison for playing with an empty BB-gun with no cO2 cartridge. Keenan began to cry hard. His court appointed attorney and his probation officer raced to the bench. Lots of whispering occurred. Judge Goodman grants and allows us to leave the state of Florida, but to remain in their destructive clutches. I’ve been asking to leave Florida since 2005. January, 17th, 2008, Keenan and I go to Amy’s funereal, set up just for Keenan.

April, 2nd, 2008, Clayton, Missouri CPS abducts Keenan and forcibly drugs him at age 13. CPS, DJO Sarah Renschen in charge of all actions. Why is she not being arrested? September, 6th, 2008, Labor Day weekend, Keenan gets in trouble for mischief, arrested and charged with arson in Union, Missouri. Two young woman prosecutors in Union, Missouri with pure hatred for 13 year old Keenan, one prosecutor engineers he is a flight risk, just to keep him detained and emotionally tortured, not allowing a bereaved child to recover and live in normality. Both prosecutors work hard on extraditing Keenan back to Florida’s abusive system and possible death. The court of Union, Missouri psychologically tortures Keenan by keeping him locked away in a Franklin County detention center for two months and telling him he is to return to Florida. Union, Missouri drives Keenan into deep depression and attempts suicide by hanging using a sweater. Franklin County public defenders favors the prosecution. October, 19th, 2008, Keenan’s public defender states twice I need professional help, because I expect an adequate defense for my son, and strongly feel these government agents committing crimes against our children & families should be arrested, convicted and jailed.

October 20th, 2008, Keenan takes a plea deal, charge gets lowered from arson to burning, class D felony what was a 100.00 worth of damage including labor. Also his public stated she will take this to an appeals court to fight extradition. October 27th, 2008,a hearing in Union to decide Keenan’s fate. His public defender never filed the appeals process. A complaint against her actions was filed. A Union, Missouri judge orders Keenan to be extradited back to Florida, knowingly the threats to Keenan from Judge Goodman, and of the abuse and deaths of children in Florida. The word is that Judge Marci L Goodman will no longer be handling juvenile cases coming in mid January, 2010, but she will still handle dependency cases? It’s all so twisted. I urge the Florida JQC to disbar her permanently! She is a danger to children & families. That same morning October 27th, 2008, Judge Marci Goodman terminates all jurisdiction of Keenan. I received the information by making a phone call, fresh out of Judge Goodman’s chambers. A second hearing was called that same afternoon in Union. Union is baffled and in shock. Unions game of child torture backfires with cruel intent causing emotionally, physical damage, and the possibility of death to a child. Looks like Florida played a game with Missouri. I knew and stated from the get go that Florida never wanted Keenan. Union, Missouri’s deal to Florida was they offered to drop all charges if they would come and get him. Florida said no.

October, 27, 2008, A Union, Missouri judge orders Keenan to spend two more days in detention to decide Keenan’s fate. October 27th, 2008, “Keenan is free from Florida”, “forever”!!! “Our souls will never be free from Florida”!!! “It’s the last place we were with Amy, the last place we saw her alive and well”. The family support here from both sides was a complete joke. A friend of mine told me there is a woman that is a CNN investigated reporter that wouldn’t touch this case due Florida tainting this family. What kind of reporter are you? You need to step up to the plate and get both sides. Amy finally in peace???? It’s Christmas morning and raining. I feel its Amy pouring all her tears on the earth for what these evil people keep doing to her only son. Keenan wants snow. I know Amy will somehow have it snow a white Christmas for her only son.

October 29th, 2008, the judge in Union, Missouri sentence Keenan to a Missouri D.Y.S. program. Keenan spoke to the court about his mom, feeling the need for a grieving organization, and what he wanted to be in life. There was no mercy or compassion shown. He was sentence to Camp Avery in Troy Missouri. I visit Keenan every Sunday from 12-3pm. Camp Avery is a moderate risk facility. Most of the staff members are great people and very professional. The staff seem to be made up mostly woman that I have notice. Most of the staff at Camp Avery have a highly compassionate heart for all bad things Keenan has suffered. Camp Avery has given us a compassionate long extended 10.5 hour visit for Christmas. At Camp Avery there is no Florida thuggery or abuse of any kind what so ever. A teen fist fight is a normal process of growing up like it has been for centuries. The group of teens are in charge. Peers search the peers after a visit, not the adults. The staff are the most ultimate and professional people. I salute Camp Avery. Camp Avery is the most civil D.Y.S programs period.

“Dear Heavenly Father why did you take Amy away from us”? “Why”? It was almost a happy ending. I feel so empty without your presences on earth. I often feel the need to talk to you. There are times Amy visits me in my dreams. Sometime we are in a big house in a big room with some people, maybe family or friends? Other times its just her and I. No one sees her but me. She sees everyone. She sits across the room in a chair. She is very peaceful and content. We smile at each other. Keenan is content playing with friends. Keenan Knows she is here. We are all very happy. I dare not to approach her for she may vanish. I wake up so relaxed, peaceful and content, as if this nightmare never happened. But of course until I wake up, and slightly disturbed. Though your visits are not seldom enough. My dreams seem so real, very vivid. Please enter my dreams and visit me more often. I Love You Amy Marie and will always Love and miss you dearly!!! Lost my old life, lost my dearest friend forever, our baby-man’s *mommy*… she’s never coming back

Dr James Edwards, St Vincent De Paul are committing psychiatric assaults on 14 year old Keenan Robinson!

Update: 1/7/2010 at 1633: I just received an urgent call from Camp Avery that Keenan is waiting to be transported to St Vincent De Paul, a psychiatric center, due to him having more suicidal thoughts and allegations of hurting others. St Vincent De Paul is the drugging facility where Sarah Renschen had him forcibly drugged after ordering the abduction of him April 2nd, 2009. Keenan is stating he now wants medication, drugs, dope, thinking it will help him. I his father is strictly against drugs period. Keenan is not going to open up, and cry is heart out about his mom in a facility where teens are there for crimes and act tough. There is one strange woman who worked at a convenient store in Pendleton, South Carolina in January of 2009 who told me of Keenan coming in daily crying is heart out about his mom. Was and is she the answer?????  As I desperately told Union, Missouri, he needs a grieving organization, family and to continue to live in normality!

I was told October, 27th, 2008 by someone even Judge Marci Goodman and Catina Wilson agreed with all my decisions. “Guilty conscious Marci”??? Now Keenan wants to be put onto medication thereby generating money to the big pharma Co’s, because he can not deal with the separation from his mom who he loved so much. You Judge Marci L Goodman by abuse of power, forced separation upon these two for years, stolen their identity’s, made Keenan feel that his mom abandoned him all this time til the death of her! You violated our human rights for all hope for Amy to get well. You took that away from her. You have caused severe emotional damage to her only beloved son Keenan. Just as you did to Christopher Sholly, and many others that I have pick up in my taxi throughout the 8 years. I’m asking you Marci L Goodman take responsibility, remove yourself from office, and take to your partners in crime Catina Wilson, Lisa Howey Rigby with you. Union, Missouri. URGENT Update: 1/12/2010: Dr James Edwards, St Vincent De Paul forcibly drugs Keenan once again by a needle injection of 20mg of Geodon, against my consent, without any knowledge of my son’s medical history, family background, and the Florida abuse and the injustice deliberate attack on my family. Geodon is used to treat schizophrenia and the manic symptoms of bipolar disorder, (not bereaved children)! Geodon may cause heart failure, sudden death, or pneumonia in older adults with dementia-related conditions.I have also been informed since 1/9/2010 he is being administered 50mg of Vyvanse once daily. The nurse I spoken with acts like force drugging children is as normal like parents who feed their children fruits & vegetables. The nurse stated drugs are no different than the police using a tazer. A nurse without a conscious out for her meal ticket. Well, can we say, Marsha Marsha Marsha, you are as normal as Adolf Hitler!

The forced injection by needle is due to an altercation with another kid. After the kid altercation subsisted, she states my son willingly and voluntarily took this injection? She tells me DCF is involved? If so, I will find out your identity and do whatever it takes to expose and to STOP this DCF social worker, legally! This is my God given child, not yours to drug or kill! It’s you, CPS, DCF monsters that destroyed him from the get go beginning early 2002, violating our human rights to the death of his mother. It’s you, CPS that need the drugging, not our children! Most likely Clayton, and Union, Missouri are in on this together.

I spoken with Camp Avery’s assistant manager and Keenan’s case manager by phone on this serious issue and are willing to help STOP it. Missouri is notorious for drugging children and adults. Florida never forced drugged Keenan. CPS, its legal to drug children, but illegal to help and support our sick dearest love one stay clean from drugs = Amy. You are twisted freaks! “Stay far away from Keenan CPS“! Camp Avery, thanks so much for all your help, love, understanding and compassion for Keenan regarding our family tragedy. Keenan will not be forced to take Vyvanse. The Vyvanse was Keenan’s choice and is confirmed Keenan may discontinue use of Vyvanse at any time.

Vyvanse is just a drug company’s brand for amphetamine. If a person took amphetamine without a doctor and a drug company making a profit that person would be sent to jail  for using what cops call “a dangerous addictive drug”. What nobody tells patients is that the body largely adapts to moderate doses of amphetamines in a period of about two weeks. This is why the drug companies warn about the short term effects of starting and stopping – which cause a sudden change, but not a lasting one.Vyvanase causes difficulty falling asleep, stomach ache, irritability, decreased appetite, dry mouth, blurred vision, aggression, new abnormal thoughts/behaviors, mania, growth suppression, worsening of motion or verbal tics, and Tourette’s syndrome have been associated with drugs of this type.

If people insist on interpreting everything you do as ADHD then they will find “evidence” that would be considered normal behavior in anybody else. Stress – if those with power in your life are acting unreasonably or antagonistically only a fool could calm down. Adequate exercise – which for Keenan would be lots and lots of exercise, because he is a gifted sportsman and a growing teen. Maturity – people have to learn to concentrate and control their feelings, we know Keenan has to and will learn self discipline, and we know that few people would have done any better with his experiences.

Update: Sunday, 1/17/2010: St Vincent De Paul has again forcibly drugged Keenan by needle injection after I strictly told them to STOP! This nurse keeps stating DCF is in charge of all this. Keenan is unfairly incarcerated in juvenile injustice stolen custody, not CPS incarceration! Keenan stated to me today, 1/18/2010, he feels like he is on heroin. He says they gave him two drugs this time. I will get detailed info. Keenan states its was over playing too long with another kid. Are these criminals trying to overdose him so he can join his mom???

1/19/2010: St Vincent De Paul has forced Keenan to sleep in the hallway for massaging a girls neck of his own age who ask him to. The allegation came from a nurse that he touched her on the rear. It’s all okay that priest molest young boys, then pay the families off to go away??? I have spoken with a couple of these nurses in this facility and are very ruthless twisted freaks without a conscious, force drugging our children like guineapigs! They have no respect for the parents what so ever! 1/23/2010: I spoken with Keenan tonight. He is depressed! Keenan only 14, ripped off from his only mother he loves so much. Emotionally tortured and pumped with drugs by a Union, Missouri court for 3 burn marks and burning a piece of paper. 100.00 damage after labor, convicted a felon. Six Union, officials directly responsible including is own defense.

1/25/2010: I spoken with Keenan tonight by phone. Our son who used to be the most happiest, inquisitive, always smiling, is no longer! He is miserable! He sounds confused. His healthy body is being poisoned with amphetamines. Union has broken his spirits! Today marks 13 months since his mothers death. Union, Missouri denied this child proper grieving counseling in normality. The help Union, Missouri has given to Keenan is Chinese torture for our bereaved teen. Families beware of this Union court system. Think twice before ever moving to Franklin County in Union, Missouri. Union does not help families in need, but only to warehouse kids for federal grants. This is all about them and their meal tickets. Never use the public defenders in Union because they do work together, favor the prosecution. She never defended Keenan. She requested all psychological evaluations throughout the years. I gave them all to her. She never used them except against him if anything. She contacted Clayton, Missouri who abducted & forcibly drugged him. Of all pathetic statements, her stating Clayton, MO CPS tried to help?????! She Never defended him, tried to coerce him into a guilty plea without the protection of a family member present. Also never trust the the probation officers that pretend to be nice. This is not arson because it is not an attempt to start a fire of any sort.
He held a cigarette lighter to solid timber.
This cannot not be expected to ignite a self sustaining fire.
There is no reason to believe that Keenan wished to cause a fire or destroy the building.
Keenan is accused of using the a lighter to make marks on the building.
This is not different from using a pen to do the same.
Keenan is accused of burning a piece of paper.
Paper is neither permanent nor durable, it is disposable.
Paper exposed to the sun and wind deteriorates in a matter of weeks.
Paper exposed to rain is rendered useless immediately.
Any paper on the outside of a building cannot be expected to last.
A single sheet of paper held up to solid timber cannot be expected to ignite it. The piece of paper he allegedly lit did not leave a soot mark. Evidently it was nowhere near sufficient to start a fire – as you would expect if you had ever made a camp fire. Anyone who has ever made a camp fire, or lit a wood stove, knows that it takes a great deal more to get a plank of wood to take light. It is almost impossible to get a plank to sustain fire if heat & hot air are not trapped against it.

It is common practice to burn garden waste and waste paper rather than putting it in the trash.
Thus Keenan burning the sheet of paper is not a greater offense than throwing the sheet of paper in the trash.
It was not Keenan’s right to make marks, with a flame, burn a piece of paper, or make marks by any other means, but these are misdemeanors, not an attempt to destroy a building.

Extradition to Florida / Exile from the US
I have transcripts of Judge Goodman saying she wants to send him where he will be beaten up and raped and more. The paper trail is clear and visible as looking through non-tinted glass. Goodman punished him by using his own mother, keeping them separated, mentally abusing him and his mother. Goodman knew Keenan has been crying out for his mother for years. Its documented in transcripts and psychological evaluations throughout the years. Goodman is a very irrational and sadistic judge period. Goodman has destroyed many children & families. One day we “hope” there will be criminal charges filed on her with a conviction, then justice will be served. “Hope”, is what Goodman took away from us, for Amy to get well.
There is a report that Keenan was sexually assaulted in detention at 8 years of age. I have other transcripts of Goodman terrorizing him with that horrific incident, experience.

There is Christopher Sholly’s account of his arm being broken by a guard after complaining of abuse.
I know both of these kids parents. You may have their phone numbers. You may contact them anytime.
Missouri courts could not claim that “they did not know” or “lacked evidence”, when Goodman carries out her threat.
Keenan’s emotional disturbance has been caused by abuse at the hands of the authorities.
Before the civil war anti-slavery states refused to extradite escaped slaves, as it would be an abuse of their human rights.

I don’t EVER forward anything, but below is a letter to my “nephew`s” public defender, or prosecutor maybe, from his father. Keenan just lost his mother (my best friend) tragically on Christmas day 2008, and deliberately with cruel intent kept from his mother! he has been in trouble for riding a “stolen bike’ for some blocks (in Florida 2004), and for making black marks on a park pavilion in Union, MO last month. Union, MO now has him locked up for Arson (when nothing was destroyed) and threatening to send him back to Florida per extradition!! Florida not violated his human rights in several ways, they prosecuted him at (ages 9-11) kept him locked up like a murderer for about 2 years of his childhood at (ages 11-12 1/2) and now at age barely 14. They are threatening this CHILD with a possible of indeterminate years in the system. They are destroying any chance this poor baby has at any sort of a normal life. To Whom It May Concern,
I feel the need to write something to attest to the character of Keenan Robinson. I am not a relative, nor am I a part of the system that seems intent on destroying him. I am merely an impartial, taxpaying citizen who is extremely concerned about how he is being treated. A few years ago by pure chance I was riding in a taxicab and Keenan’s father, who was my driver, shared Keenan’s story with me in the hopes I could offer some assistance as a journalist. Keenan has been a part of my life and my prayers since that day. I have both visited Keenan while he was incarcerated and spent time with him in “the real world”. He spent a weekend in my home this past summer. I would mostly just like people to know that Keenan is NOT a hardened criminal or even a bad boy. He is a typical American boy who speaks excitedly about his hopes and dreams for his future. He can eat an amazing amount of pizza. He is a highly intelligent, very articulate, young man with a great sense of humor and a very sweet nature. He desperately longs to be a part of normal childhood activities such as football, camping, bicycle riding, and having a pet. He is a CHILD! Keenan has been robbed of everything we as Americans hold dear: freedom, family, even baseball and apple pie. WAKE UP AMERICA!!! Your child could be next! Where is the outcry for Keenan and all the other children being abused by the system we fund?! We have adult predators walking freely amongst us, please look at the statistics, both nationwide and especially Missouri. The “average” child molester or rapist in Missouri gets probation, ZERO JAIL TIME, for their first offense. Clay County, Missouri is known nationwide for being soft on offenses committed against children and women. The “average” murderer serves only 4-5 years on their sentence before being released. Why are these children being held longer than adult rapists and murderers for petty childhood foolishness?! Keenan has already done an adult murder sentence basically. It is VERY painful to watch this happen to a child. I am outraged! I can think of better ways for my tax money to be spent. For one, how about we try incarcerating the people who are dangerous to children and society instead of locking up the children? Maybe they are just that confused.

Union, Missouri is committing an act of relentless persecution and malicious prosecution to my son, a young teen who just turned 14 in a secured detention center in Franklin County, Union, Missouri. Keenan is grieving a life threatening illness of a significant person. Keenan is a bereaved child, who lost his mother 9 months ago on Christmas morning. A heart broken child, “bereaved” , labeled emotionally handicapped locked up in a system and forcibly isolated from his “family” and the world. A time any human being needs family, friends and lots of support. Keenan has been treated like some sort of heinous criminal since the tender age of 8. A child’s cry for his mom and never gave up. Union uses aggressive force to indeterminately punish him. This barbaric treatment has been on going for more than 8 years now! “Will it ever end”? Union, Missouri has charged him with 2nd degree arson, littering and whatever else they feel like tacking on. Three other kids involved to accessory to the fact were never charged, arrested or to my knowledge ever questioned. We thought we have moved to a nice, quiet community with good schools, and I mistakenly assumed the court here would be civil to children with a little bit of sympathy, compassion, and most of all intelligence. What I’m seeing is that the court here in Union, Missouri are nice people on the outside with two faces. On the inside, cold evil hearts and souls. “Bullies”, to a disabled, sad and frightened little boy! Thank God the facility that my son is being held in, from “loving family” and from the world, is well taken care of by good people. Keenan is trying his best to maintain his sanity. He wants to come home! Other kids would of already been back at home sweet home. One person in charge of all keeps my grieving son in secure captivity and forced isolation from “loving family” and from the world! It’s where they plan on sending him that will destroy all, and the rest of him! Keenan needs to be free. She’s looking for someone else close to my name, but not close enough, while she falsely alters the original report right on the spot in front of my friend, in my friends front yard! ” Can we say coincidence”??? updates for all details and name at a later time. 10/10/09: I visit Keenan today. He was alright, but distressed, looking pale, circles underneath his eyes. Keenan’s deep worries ages him rapidly. He had a breakdown into the night. I told staff just let me talk with him and I’ll pull him out of his breakdown. “Well it worked”! He went straight to his room like he promised me after we ended our call. I Love You Keenan!!! We all Love you Keenan!!! Just hang in there! He doesn’t deserve to do anymore hard time! There are other remedies and ways for kids to take responsibilities for kid actions. I have never seen my son look this depressed in his entire life! Forcibly banned from his only mother. Two years of Florida’s malicious prosecution by Catina Wilson at a tender age of nine. A judge that let it continue on and knew what his problem was all along! Loosing his mom this past Christmas. While Keenan sits inside brick walls, sorry for what he did, no one seems to care. Desperately wanting and needing to come home. Wishing he could just wake up from this never ending nightmare. Slowly being pushed over the edge to the brink of depression and possible suicidal thoughts. Let Keenan live in normality, without forced isolation from family and the world. 10/17/09:I’m not suggesting that Keenan should not be punished for vandalism, only that it should be proportionate and chosen to be effective not destructive, and his actions should not be exaggerated by his accusers, Union, Missouri, and one who pretends to defend him but favors the prosecution. There is no way for Keenan to receive a fair trial here in Union, Missouri! One of the three woman persecuting my son stated to me on 9/8/09 that she would not even consider lowering the charge. She told me how this is her community, and that in it self told me that we were not welcome here. KEENAN IS NOT A CRIMINAL. HE HIS AN EMOTIONAL HANDICAPPED, GRIEVING CHILD WITH A GOOD LOVING HEART! FLORIDA CREATED HIM BY ROBBING HIM OF HIS MOTHER AND HIS CHILDHOOD. I’M TRYING TO HEAL HIM! PLEASE DO NOT KEEP HIM JAILED AND ROB HIM FROM ANYMORE OF HIS CHILDHOOD. HE JUST WANTS TO BE A NORMAL KID.

9/22, 30/09 Keenan remains in secure detention while waiting extradition to Florida, seeing no light at the end of the tunnel. Just pure darkness with no freedom. Florida juvenile jail’s are set up for pure darkness and brutal abuse. Some kids are locked away for 5 – 15 years before they are ever free again, if they live long enough. Locked up, kept away from family is causing Keenan to go insane, he’s having emotional breakdowns, because of not only what he has gone through since the age 6, but all that he has endured in just less than a year, including the death of his mother on Christmas! Keenan was finally freed last year from jail at age 12 after serving 15 months hard time, reunited with his mom, his mom dies on Christmas, we come back home to the mid-west, he gets “abducted, forcibly drugged” by the MO CPS and held in CPS captivity in North St. Louis City! A friend invited us here to Union, Missouri who knew Amy, Keenan’s mom and offered to help. Keenan enrolled in school on time and he was doing better than anyone cares to recognize. He’s a kid with some imperfections. All the Florida abuse plus grieving due to his mom’s death caused him to act out and receive a school suspension, kicked off the football team, placed in handcuffs, escorted to juvenile detention. Keenan’s admitted to a psych ward for a few days, and this time he was not forced on any drugs! He then came home and was fine. One weekend night a girl friend of his called and lured him out of the house. He allegedly made a stupid mistake, gets locked back up. Then to top it all off he’s told by the court he is going back to Florida! Going back to that would cause any child or adult to loose their sanity. Addressed to the court Keenan’s to remain in secure detention because he is a flight risk???? He’s been treated and criminally prosecuted like an adult since 8 years old of age. He is a 13 years old child! I speculate he has an imaginary passport with a massive bankroll. If so, where is all his money? Hidden in a swift account? I’d like to retain him an OJ dream team! Plus we wouldn’t be living here in this country if that was the case. Maybe someone has watched too much law & order? He was looking so forward  for the first snowfall. He has waited and wanted snow for many years. Christmas this year he will likely be will be locked in a Florida cage, or a cage wherever. Except this Christmas is not going to be like everyone else s Christmas, which is just around the corner. This Christmas will mark the 1st anniversary of his mother’s death!  A time when any child or adult will need his family more than ever!

They do the exact opposite for the help he really needs and deserves. Keenan is labeled an emotionally handicap child, he is also a bereaved child, forbidden to grieve. They expect Keenan to process his thoughts and behave like us adults with fully developed brains! The system he’s caught up in is set up for nothing but failure!

Keenan, charged with littering, 2nd degree arson. He allegedly burned a couple of black marks on the pavilion and lit a piece of paper on fire. Allegedly all caught on video. Three other kids were with him, and none of them arrested and charged with accessory to the fact! While his stay in detention, more criminal charges  have been tacked on for destruction of a shower shoe and a hole in a plastic cup. Someone after court informed me of an assault charge on a police officer while 6 had to restrain him? I still have no knowledge of this.

It doesn’t take rocket science to figure out this is sending him off the deep end. But what would they care, it’s not their child! It’s all about the money, power, control, their meal ticket, etc.! At the end of the day they go home to their family and children, wake up in the morning, have eggs over easy and their bacon sweet. So take the easy way out, send him back to Florida that created him, finish destroying him. Florida, the place that violated our human rights, abused him, destroyed our family! And of all things, stopped us from hope! Hope for a young beautiful sick mother to get well! Florida, the last place being with his mom and where he learned of her death on Christmas, 2008. Keenan does way more good things than bad. No one ever praises him for his good. It’s time for a new generation court for kids with reverse psychology than the courts that are criminalizing our babies and causing severe psychological damage to our children. Is there even someone with competence who can help? My first choice for help would be Dr Robi Ludwig. Link: Annie’s Hope ~ Providing support for children, teens and families who are grieving. Instead of allowing him to have the proper help for grieving, they keep him under lock and key! Slowly and surely driving and steering him towards depression!  October updates on Keenan: I call him daily, see him 3 to 4 times a week. He has regained and is hanging on to his sanity in spite of the psychological torture they do to his mind. But keep in mind Keenan his locked up in a civil facility with civil people who are working well and hard with him. He is doing well with schooling, he is on level 2 out of 3, which I hear 3 is just around the corner, and he is not forced on any drugs!  Just like any human or animal, it took him time to adjust to being caged. I’ve helped him to ease his mind of the horrific return to Florida. Here in Union he is in locked up with his own culture for once where no one will walk by him and dangerously attack his head, body, or try raping him and no full grown men or women, staff  in Florida who are paid to watch them are known to have abuse children psychologically and or physically, to cause or inflict serious injuries or even death upon him.

Is Keenan in jail or with you? They have gotten so crazy about charging  kids with crimes and trumped up charges for typical childhood misbehavior. Its only going to get worse the older he gets. I think his acting out and problems all stem from being in the juvenile system from such a young age and all the separation from his mother. Plus all the meds he has been put on periodically. I really think all Keenan needs is one really good counselor that he sees regularly and some mentoring, especially from someone who maybe got into some trouble in their youth and then went on to succeed in life. I am afraid that the longer this in and out of jail as a child cycle continues the more lost to that lifestyle he will become. Its a sad situation. Keenan deserved a childhood and he has been robbed of that entirely. From what I’ve heard Missouri has a good free mental health service through the state that offers counseling. I realize of course that Florida’s children are treated worse than animals. As long as you are in Missouri I would plead with them to offer some services because I know they have both counseling and mentoring programs. If he is sent back down here then I would be prepared for the worst. I will pray about it.

I have seen many cases like this and it is a travesty. In time you will see that it will get even worse.  As a young boy I remember well doing a few dumb things and before I knew it I was caught up in a system that almost destroyed my entire life. The Florida Department of Family and Children’s Services and the Florida Department of Juvenile Justices’ system are very dangerous agencies.
It is no more than a thundering avalanche of bad policies that will destroy a child’s entire life within months. Both systems are so over-burdened that no one cares about the/any single child any longer. All they see is the big picture and as long as they “move them along,” so they are out of sight, the problem (in their eyes) has been solved. The Florida system (years ago) lost all compassion for children and/or their families. Former Florida orphanage facilities became the juvenile courts dropping off ground for hiding children in the system as a measure of trying to cover up their mistakes and lack of oversight. The only ones who ended up suffering were the children and their families. No one has had the gumption to stand up and make the changes that should have been made many years ago.
